Sommelier Michael Perman from C'EST WHAT? will share five wines that reflect the patience and courage that wine-makers must have to create beautiful wines. We will share wines that have been made for generations by the same families and wines that require courage just to harvest, such as those grown on the steep slopes of Northern Italy and Germany. Some wines are created by bold entrepreneurs who were ahead of their time.
