Certified Sommelier Michael Perman designs each experience around a unifying theme. Global regions, Oregon wines, a single grape explored across cultures, or expressive concepts such as Love or Courage. The result is an engaging, relaxed, and joyful event that encourages conversation, shared discovery, and lasting connection.
For a more immersive occasion, wine experiences may also be paired with multi-course chef dinners, seamlessly woven into the flow of the evening.
