Intimate, conversation-driven wine classes designed for curious drinkers—where learning feels relaxed, tasting is intentional, and wine becomes something to truly understand and enjoy.

Join Sommelier Michael Perman for intimate monthly wine classes hosted in a private room at Boundary Social Club in Portland. Each class is limited to twelve guests, allowing for relaxed conversation, thoughtful questions, and deeper discovery.

C’EST WHAT? Wine Classes feature five to six wines centered around a theme, such as Italy, the Southern Hemisphere, or Pinot Noir from around the world. Appetizers are served, and guests enjoy special pricing on full bottles from the C’EST WHAT? cellar.

These classes are designed for curious drinkers who want more than facts. They want insight, context, friendship, and a richer relationship with wine.

    During our February Wine Experience at Boundary Social Club, we will focus on wines from Northern Italy, including a fabulous Barolo from Piemonte, a unique Cabernet Blend from Veneto, and an exotic Ribolla Gialla from Friuli Venezia. These monthly wine gatherings are limited to 12 people.

    Our March 14th wine event is now an encore for the February 26 Italian wine experience that was sold out in three hours. This encore event will focus on wines from Northern Italy, especially Piemonte, where we find amazing Barolo and Barbaresco as well as wines from Puglia and Abruzzo.

    Our March wine gatherings at Boundary Social Club will feature fresh Wines of Springtime. Zesty, luxurious, floral, and alive with flavors from the springiest locations in the world. Seating is limited to 12 guests. This event is planned for an evening when it may be easier for many to attend.
